Paellas, Tapas & More Class

Join Con 'Olio on March 30th as they welcome Chef Fer Candil of Paellas, Tapas & More for an authentic Spanish tapas cooking class! The class will feature our Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils & Balsamic Vinegars. The demo will include a brief education about extra virgin olive oils & balsamic vinegars. The menu includes the following:

- Artisan bread made with EVOO

- Green Salad with Spanish Vinaigrette (EVOO+Vinegar+Fresh lemon juice + salt)

- Base Sangria (without alcohol)
