Weekend Date Nights at Cru
Grab your special someone, leave the kids at home and join us for a romantic Friday or Saturday night dinner for only $50 per couple. Pick two appetizers, two entrees, and one of our luscious desserts from our wine-country- inspired menu. Pair your selections with Cru’s extensive by-the-bottle wine list or wine flights. Reservations are recommended.
Champagne Girls Night Out at Cru
Grab your girlfriends and come down to Cru in 2ND Street District every Thursday night in July and August. We’re celebrating women and Champagne with complimentary Champagne tasting and 50 percent off all Champagne by the bottle.

Austin Fashion Week, Presented by 2ND Street District
Austin Fashion Week, presented by 2ND Street District, is a series of events throughout Austin August 14 through 21. Designers from across Texas will be featured in participating retail and salon locations. Austin Fashion Week designers represent the best and brightest in Texas, including established designers, up-and-comers, and those just launching their first lines.
Among the week’s flagship events is the 2ND Street District Fashionable Fifth Birthday Fete Thursday, August 19, from 5 to 9:30 pm. This District-wide celebration will feature trunk shows, parties, a drawing for a 2ND Street District shopping spree, blow-out summer sales, and culminating with birthday cupcakes and a Champagne toast at 9 pm.

How Do You Roll? will be at Beyond Traditionserving sushi all evening! And back by popular demand, Fashionista cocktails with Tito’s Vodka will be at the bar. So come get your healthy dose of unconventional sushi, jewelry… and style.
Support Dress for Success while you enjoy Fashion Week festivities August 14 through 21. Just bring your donations of gently worn professional garments, shoes and accessories to one of the two 2ND Street District donation drop boxes at Plain Ivey Jane and Girl Next Door. Dress for Success promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
Your donations will be picked up by our partner Westbank Dry Cleaning and delivered to Dress for Success.

Trivia Pursuit Night at Jo’s
First Tuesday of the month, 6:30 to 9 pm, is Trivia Pursuit night at Jo’s on 2ND. Winner scores a night at a Bunkhouse Hotel (Hotel San Jose, Hotel Saint Cecilia or Hotel Havana in San Antonio).
Two-Punch Tuesdays at Froots
Don’t miss Two-Punch Tuesdays at Froots: Receive two punches on your loyalty card for every smoothie, wrap or salad you purchase.
Tuesday is Paella Night at Malaga
Enjoy Chef Duran’s famous paella, paired with a glass of wine, for $20 per person. There are only 15 servings per pan, so call today for a reservation. The paella will start cooking at 6 pm and ready to serve at 7 pm.
Woof Wednesdays
Every Wednesday, get five percent off all food and 10 percent off all other in-store purchases (excluding sales items) at Lofty Dog.
Flamenco Wednesdays at Malaga
Join us for flamenco, tapas and wine every first and third Wednesday of the month from 8 to 10 pm. Enjoy the cante (singing), toque (guitar playing), baile (dancing) and palmas (hand clapping) of Austin’s own The Spirit of Flamenco
Wednesday Is Big Bottle Night at Crú
Every Wednesday, Cru’s house wine specialist will select and open a rare, large-format bottle to offer by the glass at exceptional value. Plus, don’t miss our featured wine country cuisine, artisan cheeses, wood-fired pizzas and nightly seasonal chef specials.
The featured wine will be available until the bottle is empty, so hurry!
Happy Hour Specials at Cru
End the day at Cru with half-price Champagne Thursdays (every bottle of sparkling wine or Champagne is 50 percent off) and prolong the weekend with Swirl Sundays (every bottle of wine is 1/3 off).
New Happy Hour at Malverde
Come in for happy hour Thursday, Friday or Saturday, and get $2 off all drinks from 5 to 7 pm.
Art Tours at milk + honey Spa
Every first Thursday m+h hosts an after-hours art tour beginning at 9pm.
Poochinis & Pet-icures
Grab some friends and pooches and head over to Lofty Dog for monthly Poochinis & Pet-icures. Every second Thursday from 6 to 8 pm, enjoy a complimentary Poochini martini from Tito’s Vodka and nail clipping for your best friend from Dirty Dog. All donations benefit a different local rescue group each month.
