“…could not resist the appropriately colored watermelon martini, which also happens to be the official drink of Austin! Happy hour snacks were abundant and satiating. I indulged in a pomegranate guacamole (the red seeds added a welcomed crunchy texture and the red color was perfect for the holiday) and my hubby is addicted to their plantains.”
